Real Estate and Asset Management serves the USC community by providing Master Planning, Development and Entitlement support. Leasing services including project management of tenant improvements, administering the Faculty & Staff Housing programs, managing Real Property Tax exemptions and payments for the university, overseeing the acquisition and disposition of strategic real properties, and supporting the receipt and disposition of gifts of real property.
